I went to MEX Physio as I was experiencing some pain in my lower back. After just one session, I was impressed with Gaya. What I find most valuable is her approach to treatment, which is to address the root cause of the problem and not just the symptoms.

Highly Recommend!

I worked with Shiv Shankar Chokalingam for my shoulder issues, and he was amazing. He’s friendly, easy to talk to, and knows what he’s doing.

After his sessions, my shoulder got so much better. I’m really happy with the progress. If you need help with any physical problems, I definitely recommend going to Shiv!
