Gayathri Dhandapani , Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Gayathri ( Gaaya) graduated with her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (India) in 2004 and then graduated from Massey University (NewZealand) in 2009 with a Post Graduate in Health Science, specializing in Sports and Exercise Science. She is a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and McMaster University certified Medical Acupuncture Provider. She is one of the few G.L.A.D – Arthritis Therapist who can help hip and knee arthritis clients. She is also trained in McKenzie Techniques for spine and Mulligan concepts of joint and spine mobilizations.
Gaaya comes with more than 16 years of clinical experience treating a multitude of conditions. She has primarily worked in a clinical setting, but does have experience working with Sports teams, Out-patient department in a multi -specialty hospital. She displays a great deal of passion for yoga and owns a Gold membership (CYA- RYT- 500) from Canadian Yoga Alliance.
Gaaya is enthusiastic about dancing , cooking and being active along with her young family.
